Once you enter the page by using the link, Verify your phone number with one-time password
- Select details and give the basic details that they are asking for, including state, district, and your electricity distribution company. Add the customer account number and go next.
- After this step, login to your account by using your account number and verified phone number and apply for rooftop solar plants
- One of the main steps is feasibility approval. Here, the concerned electricity distribution company verified all your details that you added to confirm they were genuine. Once feasibility approval is granted, install solar plant with the help of registered vendor in your DISCOM area
- We can identify registered vendor in your DISCOM area by giving your state in search bar
- Once installed, the next step is to apply for net meter. For this, provide all plant details on the site.
- The next process is the generation of commissioning certificate. After the DISCOM verification and application for net meter portal, the portal will generate the certificate.
- Upon completion of all these processes, you enter the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana portal and provide all your bank details to get subsidy. Generally, within 30 days, a subsidy will be deposited into bank accounts after submitting bank details.
